Refund Processing

Items in unused condition with original packaging can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery date or in-store pickup receipt.

Please inspect panels immediately upon arrival. Notify our customer support team within 48 hours to arrange quick replacements for damaged goods.

Once returned items pass inspection at our facility, refunds are credited to your original payment method within three to five business days.
